Zinc Dust Precipitation—Introduction

Gold Merrill Crowe system is used for recovery gold and silver from gold cyanide leaching solution.  It is suitable for Ag: Au grade is higher than 6:1, if the Au grade is higher than Ag, it should use CIL or CIP method instead.  It is equipped with

Zinc Dust Precipitation— Working principle

Pregnant solution pump sends pregnant solution from the cyanide leaching to plate-and-frame press filter to remove possible solid particles, then the clean pregnant solution flows into the pregnant solution buffering tank, after that enters into zinc powder substitution system.

Use Jet flow vacuum pump and deoxidation column to remove the oxygen(air) to reduce the zinc powder loss. Pregnant solution enters into deoxidation column in negative pressure, then it is sent to Automatic zinc power mixer by Condensation pump for intensive mixing with zinc powder. Add zinc powder to zinc power mixer using automatical spiral zinc feeder. The mixing of pregnant solution and zinc powder will be carried to Substitution press filter for substituting gold and silver and pressing gold mud filter cake. Solution in Substitution press filter is barren solution, which is delivered to secondary washing thickener by barren solution pump as washing solution.
