he disc filter is composed of a set of filter units which are composed of a set of circular reinforced plastic filter plates with grooves or edges. When filtering, the sewage enters from the outside, and the wheel edge formed by the groove edge on the adjacent filter plate intercepts the solid matter in the water. During backwashing, the water flows from the inside to the outside of the annular filter plate, rinsing off the dirt trapped on the filter plate and discharging it through the sewage outlet.
