Round Vibrating Screen is mainly composed by screening box, mesh, vibrator, damper spring etc. The vibrating screen adopts the vibration exciter with barrel type of eccentric shaft and block to adjust the swing. The vibration exciter is installed on the lateral plate of the sieving box. The motor makes the exciter swing round speedily through tire coupling. The continuous forced circular motions of sieving box were achieved through the powerful centrifugal force. The lateral plate made by the high quality steel plate without any welding point. The lateral plate, beam and the vibration exciter connected by strength bolts and ring grooved lock bolts. Vibrator is installed on the lateral plate of the sieving box, also spinning by motor, produce the centrifugal force, and vibrate the screen box. Screening machine uses socket type installation. The screen surface dip angle is adjusted by changing spring support to realize its height requirements 

Round vibrating screen can be installed in the right of the screen or the left side of the screen, without special requirements, factory will install it in the right according to the of the movement direction . Screen is the main fragile part. We can degign screen mesh, punched or rubber deck with hadifield steel according to the variety of materials and the user’s requirements.Screen surface is devided into single-deck and double-deck, both of them can meet the requirements of high efficiency, long service life, no blocking. 

Round vibrating screen is a kind of high efficiency vibrating screen. It can be used in screening aggregate, also can be used in coal dressing, mineral separation, building materials, electricity, chemical industry and so on.

It adjusts the amplitude by tube-shaped violent vibration screen of eccentric shaft and eccentric blocks. The body moves like a circle, in order to make the materials screened, materials in small size will go through the hole when they meet the screen surface, so as to realize the grading.

Kush Clients Consulting Mineral Processing

Kush Gold Mineral Processing Test

After the contract was signed, Clients posted to Xinhai two packages of samples, totally weight 400kg. Xinhai Mineral Processing Institute provided comprehensive mineral processing test after precious test.

The mineral processing test made an analysis to the gold content which is 4.31g/t, thus Xinhai technicians decided to recovery gold directly through the solution of CIP cyaniding, which including grinding the raw ore to 88.0% -200mush,and using lime as alkali, then adding sodium cyanide, agitating then leaching.The pulp density can reach 40%, 4kg/t of slime, 2kg/t sodium cyanide, the leaching rate of gold can get 91.45% which is perfectly good. While it was worth mentioning that the Institute noticed that if adding Gravity Separation, the recovery rate will not notably improved while increased the mineral processing cost. For the benefits of the customers, Xinhai technicians suggested cyaniding directly, while the customers firmly believed that with the deepen exploiting, the gold grade can increase to 8g/t, and considering finding large particles around the mine, technicians decided to adopt the solution of gravity separation + cyaniding the tailings after gravity separation.

Mine Design

Mine design, an vital part of Xinhai mineral processing EPC, was in charge of Xinhai Mining Design Institute with Class A Certification. For better suiting the actual situation of the project, technicians of the Mining Design Institute made field survey to the surroundings such as terrains, waters and power supply, then designed the construction drawing elaborately and gave 3D simulation based on the processing flowchart and the equipment selection mine processing test provided.
